initial consult

After completing and passing the screening questionnaire Dr J will reach out to schedule your 45-minute virtual consult. After a thorough review of your history, your needs and expectations he will reach out to your established therapist so they can agree on which ketamine modality would be the most beneficial: in-person, at-home treatments or a combination of both. ‡ *

In-person sessions

In-person sessions with IM or SQ Ketamine take place at your therapist's clinic or office.

Session last an average of 60 - 90 min. In-person sessions are typically scheduled on Monday, Friday or Saturday. *

at-Home treatments

Oral Ketamine may be recommended for treatment alone or following your in-person treatments. Initially, one weeks worth of medicine is prescribed (price is included with your initial consult). Afterwards, Dr J will follow-up with you and your therapist to assess your experience and determine if an additional 3-weeks worth of medicine can be provided. Every 4 weeks a brief (approx 15 min) virtual visit is scheduled before another 4 week supply can be provided. The cost of medication is separate and you will only pay the consult fee if a prescription is provided. *

Group treatments

Healing is even more powerful when we can witness and support each other. Dr J also has experience and offers support for group Ketamine sessions. If you are therapist interested in a group and would like to request his support, please click HERE to find out more about this process. *

‡ Dr J only works with patients who have an established therapist comfortable with KAP who has agreed to coordinate treatment and support. Please confirm with your therapist before your first consult visit
